Stay Rad! Shop, owners of the Website https://www.stayradshop.com (hereinafter “Site”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our user’s personal information. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Stay Rad! Shop” refer to Stay Rad! Shop, a company of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
This Privacy Policy describes the information Stay Rad! Shop collects when users of the Site sign up for, use, access or otherwise interact with any of Stay Rad! Shop applications, products, services, or websites (collectively, “Services”), how we use and share that information, and the choices we offer.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of Stay Rad! Shop Terms of Use. Each time you use our Services, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue using the services on our Site and terminate your account.
We may change this policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting the updated policy, revising the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you use our Services to stay informed about our information practices and about the choices available to you.
Our Commitment. Stay Rad! Shop is obligated to protect your personal information by making reasonable security arrangements to protect against risks such as unauthorized access, use, collection, disclosure or disposal. Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation, and day-to-day operating practices as part of our commitment to protect the personal information the Site holds.
A Special Note About COPPA and the Privacy of Minors. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and fair information practices, we will not knowingly collect, online or offline, personal information children under the age of thirteen (13). We collect, use and disclose information about minors aged thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) in the same manner as we do for adults. Stay Rad! Shop encourages that any child under the age of eighteen (18) receive parental or guardian consent to use the Site, however, any child under the age of thirteen (13) must receive verifiable parental or guardian consent to disclose information to the Site.
Direct Notice to Children. Stay Rad! Shop would like to tell you a few things before you give us your name, e-mail address, and any other information in order to create an account with Stay Rad! How Your Child Will Use Stay Rad! Shop Services
Children seventeen (17) years or younger may create an account on the Site by providing a username, email, and password. Additional personal information that may be collected upon purchase of a product from our Site may include: mailing address, phone number, credit card number, and financial information. Without creating an account, children can browse the E-commerce site which sells complete pro scooters, scooter parts, safety equipment, and accessories. Children may also have access to Communication Services, as defined and referred to section 1.4 of the Terms of Use.
Parental Consent Required
As stated directly above, Stay Rad! Shop may collect personal information from your child, but we need your consent before we collect, use, or disclose the information. We will not collect this information until we have received your consent. You will find instructions on how to give your consent below.
Personal Information We Collect From Your Child
Stay Rad! Shop collects limited personal information. Generally, we collect only online contact information, including your child’s name, username, and e-mail address. Depending upon the activities your child chooses to engage in on Stay Rad! Shop, your child may be asked to provide other personal information.
We have worked to adopt this Privacy Policy so children can participate in our Services without giving out unnecessary personal information. We do not require a user to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to utilize Stay Rad! Shop.
We also allow a parent to review his or her child’s personal information, ask to have it deleted, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of his or her child’s information. (See below for further instructions.)
Non-Personal Information We Collect From Your Child
We may also collect what is known as non-personally identifiable information. We may also use your child’s email address to send your child other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of the Service, or special offers. If your child does not want to receive such email messages, your child may opt out by sending an email message to stayradicalbmx@gmail.com.
Stay Rad! Shop may use certain information about your child without identifying your child as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing your experience.
Disclosure of the Information
Stay Rad! Shop will not disclose your child’s personal information to any third party without your express prior authorization. After Stay Rad! Shop collects users’ login names and passwords through cookies, we also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer products, programs, or services. New Consent If Change in This Policy

Service Providers.

Stay Rad! Shop may provide certain portions of Your Information, such as your email address or name, back to your ISP if we have an existing advertising relationship with them. Affiliates and Business Transitions. Stay Rad! In the event that Stay Rad!
